Registration for the general public began Weds., Feb. 27 @ 10 a.m.

Camp Registration Policies
Campers must be registered for the rising grade in the fall 2019 and by a legal guardian only.  Please be prepared to provide emergency contact information, camper health information, list of adults approved to pick up camper, and current member ID if you are a zoo member holding an Individual level membership or above.

In the event a camp week(s) sells out, join the waitlist at no cost by continuing with registration. You will be contacted if an opening occurs; payment will be due upon acceptance. Spaces are released in the order families appear on the waitlist for a given week/grade group.

Please review your purchase carefully before finalizing payment. Lincoln Park Zoo is not responsible for registration errors. If Lincoln Park Zoo must remove a camp registrant from the roster because of ineligibility to register due to falsifying age, grade, donor/member status or were registered by someone other than a legal guardian, a refund will be given less a 12.5% processing fee.

For campers with rising grades of 1-8 in fall 2019, programs are full-day from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday-Friday. 

For campers 4 years old and heading into PreK-K in the fall 2019, programs are half-day from 9-11:30 a.m. OR 12:30-3 p.m. Campers may not be registered for both the morning and the afternoon sessions during the same week and must be 4 years old by camp week start date. 

After Care from 3-5 p.m. is an option for campers in rising grades 1-8 and PreK-K campers registered for afternoon sessions.

Campers are grouped by grade group, not age (i.e. grades preK-K, grades 1-2, grades 3-4, grades 5-6, grades 7-8).
 

Cancellations and Refunds
Lincoln Park Zoo adheres to a strict cancellation and refund policy. Refunds will be issued less as 12.5% processing fee for cancellations made before/on May 20. After May 20, refunds will not be offered. If the Zoo must cancel a program, full refunds will be issued.
 

Zoo Member Discount
Active Lincoln Park Zoo members at the Individual level and above receive a 15-percent discount on registration. Membership must be active at time of registration and remain so through the registered camp week(s). Zoo member ID number is needed to register.  Please feel free to call the membership hotline with any questions about membership or your membership number at 312.742.2322.
