Please review your purchase carefully before making payment. Lincoln Park Zoo is not responsible for errors made by registrant during registration. If Lincoln Park Zoo must remove a camp registrant from the roster because they were ineligible to register due to falsifying age, grade, donor/member status or were registered by someone other than an immediate family member, a refund will be given less a 12.5% processing fee.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Lincoln Park Zoo adheres to a strict cancellation and refund policy. If the zoo must cancel a program, full refunds will be issued. If you need to cancel your registration before January 14, a refund will be issued, less a 12.5% processing fee. After January 14, refunds will not be offered for cancelled registrations.
Zoo Member Discount:
Active Lincoln Park Zoo members at the Individual level and above receive a 15-percent discount on registration. Zoo member ID number is needed to register. Please feel free to call the membership hotline with any questions about membership or your membership number at 312.742.2322.
