Cancellation Policy
Cancellation deadline: December 27, 2021. Cancellations are to be requested in writing via email to learning@lpzoo.org. Refunds will not be issued for participants who are sick or who must quarantine because of exposure to COVID-19 or someone diagnosed with COVID-19. Refunds, less a 12.5% processing fee, will be issued for cancellations made before the cancellation date noted. If the zoo cancels a program, full refunds will be issued.
