Please complete this online application to apply for a Lincoln Park Zoo LEAP program scholarship. Lincoln Park Zoo strives to provide educational opportunities for families of all income levels. Information listed on the scholarship application is strictly confidential.
A completed scholarship application does not guarantee a spot in a program. Applications are taken under consideration for either a full or partial scholarship.
Application Notes:
- Up to two children ages 2-4 may be listed on the application.
- Once complete, it will be automatically electronically submitted.
- All applications will be taken into consideration, and applicants will be notified after the scholarship deadline date.
- Complete this online application in full, as an application missing any pertinent information may be considered incomplete and may not be considered.
